movie tips #7

Paper Towns
''After an all night adventure, Quentin's life-long crush, Margo, disappears, leaving behind clues that Quentin and his friends follow on the journey of a lifetime.....''

I expected much more from this movie, mainly because the hype about it was big and it quite disappointed me. Honestly I think that The Fault in our stars was much better. I can't say that Paper Towns was a bad movie, it was good but I think it's overrated. I haven't read the book yet but everyone says it's better than the movie so maybe I will give it another chance in the future.

Transit
''A gang of bank robbers hide their loot in the car of a family going camping. They chase down the family to kill them and get the loot back, but run into a fight.....''

This movie was exciting for me, because I usually don't like this type of movies but this one was different. The first half of it was okay but then it got much more thrilling (and more brutal) and there were scenes which were actually pretty scary and shocking. Don't watch this alone! :D haha.

Gravity
''A medical engineer and an astronaut work together to survive after an accident leaves them adrift in space.....''

As I love movies about space travelling and cosmonautics, this was no exception. I really love the idea of this movie and the cinematography was unbelievable. And the ending... no words. Recommended! If you liked Interstellar or The Martian, you definitely have to watch this one!

macarons

When my afternoon is free, which doesn't really happen often, it usually looks like this. Snacks, making to-do lists, Instagram and some TV series or movie.
I absolutely love macarons. These are from Marks&Spencer and I adore the glowing and kinda glittery colours. They're so delicious and my favorite sweet ever. I really want to try to make macarons at home some day even though the recipe is quite complicated. Do you know any experienced recipes?
What do you do in your free afternoon? ♥

short days, long nights

shoes, turtle neck - H&M
cardigan - C&A
coat - Zara
hat - Stradivarius
shawl - Reserved
bag - Primark

As you can see, I love warm turtle necks and hats. They are both so statement yet simple.
These photos are from the beginning of this month when i was with my best friend Naty. We took these photos in a late afternoon so the quality is really bad, but it's almost impossible to take any good photos when the sun sets at 4 pm. I'm really looking forward to spring!:)

movie tips #6

Insurgent
''Beatrice Prior must confront her inner demons and continue her fight against a powerful alliance which threatens to tear her society apart with the help from others on her side....''

The second part of Divergent trilogy was even better than the first one! I read all three books and I just love it. It's exciting, romantic and funny at the same time. I definitely recommend you to watch it if you liked the first movie.

Age of Adaline
''A young woman, born at the turn of the 20th century, is rendered ageless after an accident. After many solitary years, she meets a man who complicates the eternal life she has settled into....''

This movie was really beautiful! I think that the idea of it was very interesting and spectacular.I love Blake Lively and she did a great performance in this movie. I'm definitely going to see this again soon. Perfect for a night with your bestie!

Welcome To Yesterday / Project Almanac
''A group of teens discover secret plans of a time machine, and construct one. However, things start to get out of control....''

I really didn't expect much from this movie but it surprised me. I have to admit that the beginning was quite boring but then it got much better and more interesting. Overall it was really cautionary and the ending was so cool. I've already watched it twice in one month haha :)
