Smoothie bowls are getting more and more popular! I love them, they're so tasty, healthy and easy to make. These are my favorites:
1.Pink smoothie bowl
- 1 cup of red currants
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries
- 1 cup of frozen blackberries
- 1 frozen banana
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. You can use frozen white yogurt instead of the banana.
For decorating you can use fruit, almonds, walnuts, chia or pumpkin seeds, goji berries, cocoa powder, oat-flakes, cornflakes, coconut, honey, peanut butter, avocado, raisins, mint leaves etc...
